I bought it specifically for traveling across the country; we drove 10,000 km, but it was only useful for charging phones. However, I've already used it three times this winter. It started a completely dead battery on a Honda CRV in -20°C cold weather with a single push of the button, no need to press the Boost button! After three such procedures, the charge indicator shows full. I'm impressed with the starting device; I can't drive without it now. I recommend buying it.

Only thing (though i expect it is a safety feature) - i am trying to supply a car fan heater 12v (around 120w) that works fine with my car lighter plug, but when i csonnect it to the battery lighter plug that is supplied in the kit, it works for just around 5 seconds and then the battery shuts down, probably considered over consumption or something?
