Oui, vous recevrez un email contenant vos informations de suivi une fois que votre commande sera expédiée. Si vous n'avez pas reçu d'informations de suivi dans les 5 jours, s'il vous plait contactez nous.

Pour certaines sociétés de livraison, cela prend de 2 à 5 jours ouvrés pour que les informations de suivi s'actualisent dans le système. Si votre commande a été passée il y a plus de 5 jours ouvrés et qu'il n'y a toujours pas d'information sur votre numéro de suivi, s'il vous plait contactez-nous.
Mes articles seront-ils envoyés en un seul colis?
Pour des raisons logistiques, des articles d'une même commande peuvent être envoyés dans des colis séparés, même si vous avez spécifié l'expédition combinée.

Annulation de commande
Toutes les commandes peuvent être annulées jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient expédiées. Si votre commande a été payée et que vous avez besoin de la modifier ou de l'annuler, vous devez nous contacter dans les 12 heures maximum. Une fois que processus d'emballage et d'expédition a commencé, la commande ne peut plus être annulée.
Remboursements

- Si vous avez not recevez le produit dans le délais garanti (45 jours non incluant 2 à 5 jours de délais de traitement) vous pouvez demander un remboursement ou une nouvelle expédition.
- Si vous avez reçu le mauvais article, vous pouvez demander un remboursement ou une nouvelle expédition.
- Si vous ne voulez pas le produit que vous avec reçu, vous pouvez demander un remboursement, mais vous devez renvoyer l'article à votre frais et l'article doit être inutilisé.
Nous faisons not remettre un remboursement si:
- Votre commande n'est pas arrivée dû à des circonstances en notre contrôle (i.e. une mauvaise adresse de livraison fournie)

Delivered very quickly. Tried it on the first day, disconnected the car battery, connected the device, and managed to start the engine on the first try. The car is a Peugeot Partner with a 1.6 gasoline engine. Very interested to see how it performs in winter if needed.
It's a bit disappointing that charging can only be done with the included adapter and not with a USB C charger.

Perfect, you need to charge it as soon as you receive it.
Small as i need, never use till now,it fit under the reatsit of my nt1100 with cable. Doens't have polarity protection ,so attention when you plug the cable
Delivery is super fast. Packaging is armored. How does the “force bank” work perfectly? How it will be on a motorcycle (it was purchased for it - to start in the fall) - it will be visible. Weight is very light. Approximately like a dewolt 2amp battery at 18 volts (the charge here is also at 18 volts). I opened it and looked - the battery was made with a monoblock, like drone batteries. The control diagram is quite tricky. I strongly suspect that the stated parameters are much lower than the actual ones (I hope I'm enough). PS. I didn’t get into the working principle, but I suspect that the real launch is not from this box, but still from the original battery (in principle, this box cannot produce more than 30 amps (plus-minus). Just physically (from the word "physical"). The box simply compensates for the voltage drop on it (original battery) at the start. If this is the case, the device needs to be connected immediately, even before the first start. Otherwise, you can mount the battery and nothing else will help, except the “cigarette lighter.”

I received everything, it was packed well, everything is intact. The battery is about 75% charged. I put it on charge. The flashlight shines. The device looks good. I haven't tried it on the car yet, i didn't have a chance. It took a very long time - 2 months +. But it was not the long way that spoiled my nerves, but the fact that the parcel fell out of tracking from 02/01/25 to 03/12/2025. During this period, it was impossible to track anything. But all's well that ends well. I recommend the seller and the manufacturer.
